Moves seems fine. Team is almost the same as last season which seems extremely unlikely. Defence looks a little stronger but I'm not sure that's the best way to help this team. Barbashev seems like an overpayment waiting to happen based on his playoffs.
These lines perfectly encapsulate to me what one of the Leafs big problems have been under Dubas and Keefe. Zero identity. Nobody on the Tavares line can keep up with Marner, so his entry talent is negated. The Matthews line will have trouble swallowing tougher matchups with Nylander riding shotgun. And how will you use that third line? Robertson is not suited for defensive-focused duty and Bjugstad is a bit of a hole offensively.
None of that is meant to be a criticism of you, just the roster construction in general (I acknowledge the flat cap has had a part in this). That's why I'm into moving out some pieces or bringing in some different looks. Let's create lines that have synergy and actual different play styles instead of forcing every player to play the same way.
