We have to off load a goalie prospect at some point, we take on a bigger contract term wise from Florida and send them a pretty good goalie prospect. I may be under valuing Sceviour but I'm not sure.

When Smith is gone it is no guarantee that our goalies are ready, having Reimer stick around a couple more years is beneficial I believe.

On the Florida end you are getting a short term back up goalie that can take some of the load from Lou and a prospect that is fairly close to NHL ready. I am not sure what the needs are and I may be way out to lunch on that trade.

Obviously the Brouwer trade is a farce, but Washington.... please...? I don't dislike Brouwer and think he could bounce back, I just don't want him at that price tag. You don't have to send the bottle, just the pucks.
