I think that it will be impossible to do something about Jeff Carter except buy him out, but that doesn't change his cap hit, so I have him here in the IR list.
I think that it will be almost as impossible to move Granlund without sacrificing at least one significant asset or draft pick, and Pittsburgh has few enough of those that I haven't tried.
