Oh dear... there is so much wrong here. Straight off the top, you've used this season's template, so it's wildly inaccurate with regards to the cap. The raises to Kyrou and Thomas will add nearly 11M in cap. Snuggs is not a C, and he will not be joining the team until at least after the next college season. Bolduc will also almost certainly be playing wing in the NHL and he has no business being on the 4th line. Bortuzzo on the top pairing? Parayko on the bottom pairing? What??? And any D-man picked in the 1st round this season will almost certainly not be jumping straight into the line-up. And Scandella will not waive to Arizona. Like I said, there's a lot that need tidying up here. But welcome to CF, give it another try on the correct season (and make those trades you're talking about, don't just mention them in the description).

I'd say there's a good chance he's up at some point. Making the team out of camp might be expecting too much too soon.
