i agree you will get a lower return because he chooses his destination which will lower what they are willing to pay. unless Kane decides he will go to the highest bidder but i doubt that very much.

Any reason why he wouldn’t want to go to Canada? Maybe he’s enticed by the prospects of playing with Matthews?

Giroux got Owen Tippett, a 1st and a 3rd and only waived for Florida. Kane can definitely fetch the same. Instead of Kerfoot it was a third. Kerfoot is in this to make the money work.

I see him either going to Boston or the Rangers, Even Kane in Edmonton isn't going anywhere until they shore up that D.
