The return on RNH is not going to happen. Plus to resign a bunch of guys to bridge deals is only kicking the rock two years down the road.. you run the risk of losing more of them when you push all of their contracts to the same expiration year.

These are the kind of Oil fans that give us a bad reputation.... ridiculous.

There is no way that signing CMD to 13 plus and Big Sexy at 8 plus cripples the Oilers in the future.

Only way RNH, and his 6m is traded if some money is returned to Oilers. 6m for 2nd/3rd line centre....too much for any team. You signed Turris for 5m. Wouldn't the Leafs be better off signing Turris for 6m and keeping Brown and there two draft picks? Of course they would. Just shows the fantasy about getting such a return for RNH.
