I think it’s pretty close but I imagine Vancouver either wants that second to be a first or add another pick.

I imagine Toronto would rather it be a first because of how often they trade down

Leafs would only do this if an extension is in place, other than that, it's an easy decline for a rental. Giroux didn't even get this much

My thought process is to Toronto, is a first worth that much more then a second? If Vancouver adds a third I feel like the value would be similar for Toronto.

A 2024 second and Niemala probably won’t cut it. Kerfoot has no value to us if we are out of the race. Make the 2024 a 2023 first for it to even be considered
