I think if no one gets injured before opening night, Rem Pitlick will be the guy healthy scratch. Super unfair, but this is what MTL always does. Overpaid guys playing poorly never get healthy scratch ... Hoffman Drouin Armia never been scratched

Heineman back in the SHL and all the others on LTIR back in Junior (yes yes Mysak included)

I don't like Xhekaj in the NHL but Marty St-Louis likes him so he might start there
We will probably claim someone on waivers (a RHD) so we can have Harris playing 3LHD and send Arber in the AHL

I really believed this team won't do worse than last year but man, never thought Chiarot and Edmundson were that much better than our rookies. Yes maybe Guhle and Harris have better transition game but in our own zone, we have a hard time getting out.

Allen will be left to dry and Montembeault is garbage

Good for the future tho, a top 5 pick next draft will solidify this team going forward

But ngl its not a bad year to be a bottom 5 team, hopeful for Bedard but thats a lottery but i sure hope we can get one of Fantilli, Dvorsky, Carlsson or Yager (Fantilli hopefully between the lot of em)

No one can score goals outside Suzuki and Caufield, Dvorak is playing with 2 bad players in Dadonov and Gallagher, Dach looks good tho but he will be stock with one of Drouin or Hoffman.
MTL excellent/good players : Suzuki Caufield Dach Dvorak / Decent players : Monahan Evans Pitlick / Bad : Hoffman Drouin Dadonov Gallagher Armia Pezzetta yep and on defense Matheson Savard Wideman are ok the rest are unproven ...
