Description
GMJB just signed Ullmark today to a 2 year deal $750,000 per year. This is a critical signing as to me it indicates that GMJB has an agreement with McPhee that a Sabres goaltender will not be selected by Vegas in the expansion draft. Basis for this is if GMJB thought there was a chance to lose Ullmark to Vegas he would not have worked the deal now but let McPhee negotiate the deal.

    IMHO, Lehner isn't going to resign for less than 4-mill. If thats the case, the Sabres won't bring him back. I also am in the minority and believe the Sabres will sign Cal Petersen. CP will be our #1 in Rochester this year, and then be our #1 goalie in 2018. I think us inking Ullmark yesterday is a reflection of this happening.

    Also, I totally think the Muzzin deal is legit and might infact happen, but I think another team (like TB) will swope in and offer a better trade package and the LAK will take the best offer, which unfortunately isn't ours. I hope I'm wrong.

    I think Weal is about to resign and stay put, but the numbers and the idea is very good!

    Moulson leaving great!! Don't package Nelson though!! I think Nelson has a shot in 1-2 years to crack our top 4. He's a nice, underrated prospect at a position of need.

    If Taylor Fedun is in our top 6 next year, I'll shoot myself!!
