Description
1. Flexible forward group for all 4 lines with lots of ELC/WBS contracts to fit the cap.
2. Williams "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" would be a great fit on the 3rd line and 2nd PP.
3. Puck-moving D on all 3 pairings, which is why I think Daley will be back. Not to mention the players, especially Crosby, love him. Maatta needs to earn 2nd pairing role or will be a good trade asset.
4. Hutchinson could be bought out or is interchangeable with Jarry if he earns the backup job.
5. Kunitz and Williams $$$ (and/or Maatta) could be used on another RHD; however, not many on the market so would require a trade to get an impactful RHD that fits the system.
6. Sprong, Simon, Aston-Reese, Bengtsson, etc... can start the year at WBS and get tons of ice time to setup for call-up during the season.

    Thats entirely too much money for Bonino. He can take that money on the open market if he wants. but to stay with PIT he needs to be less than 3.5 per year. I also think Daley is a little too high his production and play havent impressed me this season.
