Pretty sure next season is already a bust and the offseason work isn't even finished.

They really need to trade Dubois soon, would be a really bad move to keep him for a year before moving him, just trade him now, his value isn't going to increase next trade deadline and they aren't contending anyway.

Rip off the band-aid and start over.

Agreed. I’d prefer a NY style rebuild as soon as Trotz was off the table. Letter to the fan base stating intentions to go with youth. Move the big names and try to flip this core over as fast as possible. Unfortunately we have the slowest moving GM in sports
