look after Corey Pronman nailed the first 4 picks tonight I'm convinced he's some kind of warlock with a secret sight, and he said this about Nazar:

"He projects as a third-line center with a chance to be a No. 2 center."

Nazar had speed, which this team surely could use, but he's a couple years away. No one outside the top 4/5 players was going to be able to step in to LD2 the way Romanov is going to so I'm pretty comfortable with this one.

seems like (from what they said at least) that they don't trust salo to play, and DNB believes the oilers aren't dealing pulju unless they can get a player who can help their NHL lineup now, and mayfield definitely does that. i'd be happy to get him for just a pick but i don't know if i see it happening.

i'm fine with the trade too, especially since romanov's so young. i think nazar has more upside than that description tho. (corey technically had jiricek 2nd instead of nemec too, so not totally nailing it LOL)

They should trust Salo, he looked very good.

If EDM wants a player swap Bellows for him, don’t want to lost Mayfield and his ability to kill penalties and take on heavy D minutes allowing Dobson and Pulock to be more on offense.
