Rooney is the 13th F because hes a C so Hunt stays dowstairs and is the first call up
Reaves is sent down and "never reports" so he can stay in the locker room if he wants to, but we need the cap space so its this, a trade or he retires and joins the coaching staff (can come up after a few days/weeks if we have Copp over a Giroux/Bergeron)

Only real problem is who loses their spot in top 9 for Othmann next season? Kravtsov and then Chytil seem likely out of these 9 because of their team control situations (fair or not)
