Description

Toronto will either need to bolster their LW or RD for the playoffs, and with Holl being.....horrendous lately, I'm thinking they'll lean more towards a defensive upgrade.

Braun seems like the best candidate for that position. Would like to know what would be required to obtain him? Preferably retaining on the contract would be ideal.

Holl may need to be sent off as well. Cap doesn't work with him and Braun together.

2023 3rd and maybe a 5th (because its a 2023 and not a 2022).

If they trade him without retention they'll get a 3rd in 2022 from a number of teams

Holl has little value at the moment, although you could say 2023 3rd and Holl is about right

Better yet address both weaknesses and ask Philly for Derrick Brassard (LW/C) and RD Braun with 50% retention, but that probably cost 2022 2nd and 2023 3rd (and maybe a bit more)

Yeah, Braun is surprisingly good this season. I think a 2nd rounder with a 4th/5th rounder going back is fair. But I hope the Flyers will be back in the playoff race by the TDL.

Braun has been good for a long time! why is that surprising? he was the sharks best defensive RD for like 6-7 years and was part of the sharks shut down D pairing with MEV, Vlasic has struggled ever since we traded him.
