Care to explain? Well Fleury and Horny might be good players, they are "cap dump" without similar money coming back. Same with Hagelin, Vegas aren't taking a bunch of 4m players that the other 30 established teams don't want.
Seems like everybody but Pens realize that teams can only protect one goalie before the draft. Winnipeg might lose young Hellebuyck. Surely Winnipeg can find a goalie equal to Fleury for less than 5.75m and without giving up assets. Fleury might, might be dealt after the draft, but there are few teams that would protect him before the draft, and certainly not be paying Pens that much in a deal.
