Ok. so add a 3rd or another 2nd or a prospect or whatever. Its not gonna be much more tho. Not much money avail for rentals and Vegas isnt a typical seller that can take money back to make a rental work. Their number one priority is moving the full $5m and not taking a $ back.

we certainly are, and smith is high on the list as a pending ufa since we need to slice appx $7m if/when eichel and everyone are back
