I don't see how you bring Kane in without first round picks. I mean, just $5M in cap space may be worth a late first rounder. Making a move like this, the Blackhawks would be signalling a full tear-it-down rebuild and Kane would be the prime asset to trade. That conversation is going to start with 3 assets that are first round picks or top 5 or so prospects.
