Pretty spot on... Sheary may be a little low, I'd say more in the 3-3.5 range, but pretty fair overall.

I agree. I think people over value Schultz and Sheary mainly due to Penguins fans realizing the benefit of the system and versus just good stats. Kucherov took a bit over $4.5 million on a bridge deal and I wouldn't put Sheary anywhere close to his level of skill. Schultz has to weight the possibility of what happened in Edmonton happening to whatever team he would end up signing with. He is young enough that he could take a 3-4 year deal, continue to prove himself, and then get paid at this next young of free agency. RFA's don't get UFA money for a reason.
