Also, where is Bergeron? He should be on the "Thou Shalt Not Pass" over Tavares.

Bergy’s getting old, and he’s injured all the time. If he’s healthy and still playing well then he could bump Tavares. Toews was phenomenal this year and complements Makar better than another offensively inclined guy like Chychrun would, although Chychrun would be my 4LD. Hamilton’s already in the lineup. I could see Weegar being added over Toews, but Hockey Canada usually goes with an even leftie/rightie split, even for guys that normally play their off side.
