Tampa cleans the deck with Seattle

This goes against everything Ron Francis is trying to do. I don’t see him giving up high draft picks for contracts

Your missing the point ...he flips Killorn and Palat for 2 #1s and a 2.. they net positive

if those players could be moved for 2 1sts TB would have already done it.
There is no way in hell they are giving you their draft picks nor are they taking that cap from you.
IF and I do mean IF, the pick if GY, TB probably paid up a nice price for it to be that way. As a lot of the other picks show they really don't want other people's cap space. Even on players who aren't cap dumps.

Or they take, not give, a1st and 2nd for taking TB cap dumps and adds more picks trading them for TB. Middleman fees we'll call it....
