this idea has been going around from Tuckonsports on twitter.
instead of adding 1 flashy new forward, the NYI upgrade a defense line and 1 top offensive D man in Hamilton. checks all of the boxes for things NYI need for PP improvements, puck transitions and creating a bigger challenge for teams to matchup with the NYI defensively.

Sell high on Mayfield who is a cheap, controlled defensive option and should fetch a decent return in picks or a prospect and a pick. (think Hamonic trade)
Right side is set with pulock, Hamilton and Dobson for years to come and left side has Pelech and 2 vets, to allow Salo and Bolduc more time to mature and learn.

Hamilton probably. Suter still sitting on his 100 million dollar contract, I think he chooses where he wants to play, I don't think money is a concern with him. winning a championship and keeping his family happy I think is what will drive him for this next contract.
