I've chosen these player based on large data sets and rigorous statist... I mean the eye test. These players are *look* really good to me. By my eyes. That I use to watch games.

I've chosen some young goaltenders with upside rather than washed up, declining ones costing 10+ million on the cap.

I've also typically chosen to stay away from players with troubling injury histories, especially combined with a decline in play; the obvious exceptions are Klefbom and Kase. I think in those cases the upside outweigh the risk. Worst case they're on the LTIR, best case they're staples on the roster making far less than the level they're performing at.
