Diplomats: To answer the question on Trouba, points aren't everything. as a defensemen, your number one job is defense (it's in the job description). On the front, Trouba excels. He stands guys up at the blueline, forcing his opponents to turn over the puck or even regroup and try again, which usually ends up being a dump and chase more than anything. He's an impressive player. People need to not pay as much attention to the numbers on paper and use their eyes. You can make the argument he's not the best fit for Boston since he isn't an offensive dynamo, but defensively he's more than solid. That being said, Shattenkirk fits the team's needs better.
