Yeah, none of this is going to happen. Neither trade is realistic. You traded a lot of spare parts and picks (and why did you keep 2017 picks, when this draft is pretty weak) for prominent players. This doesn't happen in the NHL. You want Shattenkirk? You're going to pay a lot to get him. You did not pay a lot at all. The only piece of substance going in the deal for him is the 2018 first round pick. Trouba will cost a McAvoy or Carlo as the defenseman prospect going back, if he's moved at all. I don't really know what to say about this one, but plenty of other people will. Just unrealistic and you may think it's good for the Bruins, but it's not.

You can't be serious. Please tell me this was a joke. How about Jimmy Hayes for Sidney Crosby while your at it?

Yeah, totally unfair. A top 15 defensive prospect in Zboril, a 1st rounder, AND a 2nd rounder for a guy who hasn't hAd more than 30 pts in a season yet. Lol why is Trouba so highly heralded on this site? And Shattenkirk, the blues might as well just release him now then. Expecting to get top prospects, picks galore etc. like u guys claim will never happen. If they want to get something for him, Miller and a couple picks is a good start. Guy is a solid defenseman but he's also regressing and pushing 30. Lol teams will just wait and sign him in the offseason instead of paying a lot for him in a trade right now. Your logic makes no sense. Guess I'm crazy tho

Diplomats: To answer the question on Trouba, points aren't everything. as a defensemen, your number one job is defense (it's in the job description). On the front, Trouba excels. He stands guys up at the blueline, forcing his opponents to turn over the puck or even regroup and try again, which usually ends up being a dump and chase more than anything. He's an impressive player. People need to not pay as much attention to the numbers on paper and use their eyes. You can make the argument he's not the best fit for Boston since he isn't an offensive dynamo, but defensively he's more than solid. That being said, Shattenkirk fits the team's needs better.

Only thing you got right is that you are crazy. Oh and. way to alter the trade after the fact to make it look better. Still sucks tho. Kevin Millar trade value is about a 4th round pick and you think he's a solid starting point for Shatty? Seriously just stop. Quit while you are behind. Just to give you and idea. StL. Asked for Pasta and a#1 for Shatty during the offseason. Your offer would make them laugh. Typical overvalue the players on your team and expect other teams to be stupid type.
