I don't think you're too far off. EDM will likely want to shed cap/salary too. Whether than be Turris or Mikko...idk, but it certainly won't be Neal/Kassian. I think you're spot on with the VAN trade. Not sure WPG fans was Big Z. I think he was pretty decent for the Hawks last year. He'll never be a Norris candidate, but he really could have helped them in series against MTL. Seattle IMO will take Kampf. There are just too many good Dmen available for them to want DeHaan. It's not that DeHaan is bad...he's just not as good as Dumba, Graves, Dunn, Lauzon, Dillon, Giordano, plus more. Hawks don't really need to shed Seabs contract. He's LTIR for the rest of his career. It might be nice to shed it, but they really don't have to give up much in the way of assets. It's just cap management.

I liked your thoughts here. The only thing that I'd question is that to get Vegas' first for Strome, the Hawks might have to eat some salary. Also given that we have $20.7MM in cap space, the shedding of Seab's contract isn't a huge necessity, so I'd rather keep Kureshev and the draft picks. Overall though, nice analysis.
