Well this is assuming he does.

I think Eberle can be nicely replaced by Wahlstrom, but I don't think Leddy can be replaced as easily. Yes, Eberle is more important to the team, but Wahlstrom has proved he's capable of taking his spot. Bellows is a young and promising prospect, and if he's exposed over Eberle, he gets taken over Leddy.

Fair, why not trade Eberle pre-expansion? assuming that's allowed. idk when the trade window opens up.
