Canucks make the Jones and Rielly trades before the expansion draft.. by then protecting Rielly, Jones and hamonic..leaving schmidt and Myers available..seatle could take either..I just put in Myers.. and the 2nd round for seatle for not taking one of the bottom 3rd/4th line players from the canucks. This gives the canucks a lot of cash availability to sign Jones and rielly to long term contracts aswell as boeser and can still go after Sam reinhardt in free agency. That's if he doesn't resign with Buffalo or they don't trade him before then.

If the Canucks were to find a way to shed Tyler Myers contract, I would be very interested in acquiring Rielly. However, the costs suggested in this AGM are far too high for that kind of reconfigure. I’d rather just keep Myers
