Just 3 million? do you know what team you're talking about? 3 million is an enormous amount of money. Halak would also be a UFA after the year is out. Freeing up the money to resign key RFA's and Panarin.

Dal Colle is a former top 5 pick, I believe. I dont think Crow fetches better. The only thing I might change is keeping Knott. I think the value is right.

Cory Schneider went for a top ten pick when the Canucks traded him. Crow and Schneider are about equally valued goalies.
