I dont think that's enough to take on Eriksson's contract. Signing bonuses are paid after the buyout window closes unless they are willing to hold off on signing Dahlin until after that window to get a buyout exemption.

I wouldn't take Tyler Johnson for a late 1st either. He has a NTC and Vancouver is one of the few teams close to his hometown of Seattle. Tampa will be desperately trying to move him and Vancouver should play hardball if he does list them as one of the places he's willing to go to.

Signing bonuses can be paid on 1 July. For the 2021 off-season, the buyout period begins 48 hours after the Stanley Cup Final ends. It concludes on July 27 at 5 pm EST, so plenty of time to pay the bonus, trade Loui and then BUF buys him out.

Ya Pulock would be awesome. That Tyler Johnson contract scares me though. Prob need to give us more for us to take it.
