Tampa Bay is number 26 in the series. This is another team that, despite cap-issues, has consistently done a good job of growing talent from within. However, they also sign more undrafted players than usual, so it might not be quite as lethal.
NOTE: It's pretty obvious when Yzerman stepped on board: Kucherov, Palat, Gusev, Point, Cirelli, and Joseph were all incredible steals considering where they were drafted. Even Vasilevskiy at 19th in retrospect seems way too low.
Also crazy to think that their entire top 2 lines are entirely draft-built (unless I'm wrong and Gourde or Johnson, both undrafted, are one either line)
