No thanks to Sheahan, he is negative value, just like Turris. I have never seen a minimum contract moved with salary retained, why is that necessary?

Moving all those players for Hall seems crazy. Plus you are moving out around $9 million in salary and bringing back less than half of that. Why does Buffalo do that? That puts them waaay over the cap. It's got to be $ in = $ out.

I like Hall, but a 1st is too much and Buffalo will not be taking on Neal's contract.

You are on the right track with Merzlikins, but the contract values have be equal, so you need to add another body back to Edm, most likely Grigorenko and retain $200 K on Koski. With Jones, I don't think a pick is necessary, rather a 7th should come to Edmonton.

The first is to pay them to take on the contract. Buffalo could retain a bit less in this trade I'm just trying to get more cap space here.

Sheahan was great here last year, and Turris scored this evening. Turris will bounce back from slow start.
