Description

Malcolm freaking Subban. It's almost impossible to find a starter at the trade deadline that is better than Freddy. Let him rest up for however long he needs to and in the meantime run the tandem of Campbell and Subban. He hasn't put up stellar numbers this year but for the team he's playing in front of, he has. The goaltenders and the forewords have kept the Blackhawks in the race, but they got like 3 capable goaltenders down there. Maybe we scoop one up in exchange for a D man. Then Sandin can come up (is he injured or something?) cause Dermott's been not great but he has a history of playing well in this league so he he's got enough trade value. This move may force Seattle's hands to take Kerfoot which would help the cap situation for next season.

I watch Lightning and Leafs games, so when I tell you Subban's been keeping his team in it, he really has. The Lightning would basically jump him and pucks are bouncing off him. Obviously some go in but he's looked good from my perspective. Hey if he plays well and sticks around, next years tandem could be Campbell and Subban and that's capspace galore and everyone hates us even more.
