Simmonds has as many goals as Dzingel this year (granted Dzingel has played 5 fewer games), costs less than Dzingel even with retention, fights and has a NTC. If it was possible to have a probability less than 0, this trade scenario has to be it

Leafs are not moving Simmonds, brings toughness, has rallied this group to multiple comebacks, and has been a key guy in the locker room. He and Marner are buddies and I havent seen Marner that happy since Martin was with us. Dubas most likely resigns Simmonds after Seattle so no thanks
