    Poolparty is one of the best defensive forwards in the league this year? The numbers say that he's been good, but one of the best? That's a pretty bold statement, especially considering he's playing on a line with the best player in the world.

    Multiple sources I've seen have him in the top 3 Selke candidates. His defensive numbers are amazing. Top 10 this year easily. I would doubt he gets the votes though, but statistically speaking, he has been

    What sources have you seen with that? Are they Oiler pages?

    As for his defensive numbers, I'm not seeing where he'd be top 10? For the sole fact that I have his page open on hockey reference right now, he's been slightly better than Dadonov, who plays on one of the most inept teams in the NHL.
