Dylan Cozens (6G 5A)- the Workhorse from Whitehorse...what a player, big/strong/fast/skilled and does everything right
Connor McMichael (2G 3A)- was snake bitten against FIN but was solid in the 4 games, better 2-way game than i thought
Dylan Holloway (1G 1A)- good complimentary player, plays with a lot of jam, will be important against other teams top lines
Cole Perfetti (1G 4A)- offensive zone wizard, pace of play needs some work but we all knew that
Alex Newhook (2G 3A)- really hope he is healthy for the medal round, energetic 2-way player and is really important to this team
Peyton Krebs (3G 3A)- similar to Newhook, really fun to watch them play the game the right way
Quinton Byfield (2G 5A)- slow start, people called him a bust but he broke out against SWI, he looks quick and is using his body more to protect the puck/be physical, will be even more important if Newhook is out
Jakob Pelletier (3G 2A)- one of my favourites, smaller player but he plays big and with jam, been good in all areas
Jack Quinn (1G 3A)- haven't seen the offense he showed in the O but he is such a good 2-way player so he has still been effective
Phillip Tomasino (4G 2A)- 3 GWG in the round-robin, fantastic player, can't believe he was scratched in pre tournament
Ryan Suzuki (2G 1A)- he's been okay offensively, he plays with some bite though and has still been effective
Dawson Mercer (2G 3A)- did most of his damage against GER, but he's an energetic player who excels everywhere
Connor Zary (0G 2A)- been quiet offensively but he is good in all areas, only forward without a goal so we all know he has a big one coming
Bowen Byram (0G 3A)- so dynamic in all 3 zones, pinches often and rarely gets caught, more physicality than i thought, he is a complete player
Jamie Drysdale (0G 2A)- again, so dynamic and is good in his own end, expecting some offensive production in the medal round
Thomas Harley (1G 0A)- fantastic skater, taken off the PP unit but that's okay, he should contribute in the medal round
Braden Schneider (0G 1A)- tough start to his tournament but i have liked his game since, steady player who is mean, might be the strongest player physically in the tournament
Kaiden Guhle (2G 0A)- surprised me with 2G but he has been steady, strong and plays with bite, if you don't hear his name, he has done his job
Justin Barron (0G 2A)- thought he was a little sloppy to start but he has settled in nicely since then
Kaden Korzcak (0G 1A)- another steady player who if you dont hear his name, he has done his job
Devon Levi (0.951 SV% 0.82 GAA)- hasn't been tested much but he has been sharp when he has had to be
Overall a dominant round-robin performance, if they keep the forecheck pressure they had yesterday they will be unstoppable, they smothered the Finns and gave them no room in their own zone, PP needs to be better but other than that they look very very good
