Goalies are players that have received the most weighted 1st place votes in the Vezina Trophy.

"weighted": Since 2000, there was never the same amount of votes. ie. The Hart Received 179 Voting Members in 2013, I then multiplied all of the votes to equal 179 per year to ensure it was even throughout the years.
