Keep the depth on D which Bergevin made clear he wanted to. Allowing Peohling into the top 9 if he earns it. If not he can stay in AHL for another year and Armia certainly is more than a 4th liner but look at that 4th line.

Poehling isn’t an NHLer right now. And how on earth does it make sense to trade Byron over Kulak when you have little forward depth, and 12 defensemen that can and have played in the NHL?

He almost made the team last year before injury(ya I know it was preseason) He wasn’t the same when he came back to 4th line duties. I’m betting he’ll get the chance this year and it’ll be very hard to send him down

My only wish and I know it's maybe a bit too much but I'd be so hyped if we can add up a Matt Martin to our 4th line. A grit guy who puts on a show and destroy our opponents if they're too hard with our smoother player like Drouin. It's possible but even without a guy like that I'm really pumped
