Dermott has had some experience on the right side on defence and not only that, but you guys could use a puck moving defenseman from what I see. A guy having some speed like Dermott would help and he is a a cheaper option than a lot of other players on the market which will definitely help out you guys with the internal salary cap.
If we traded Kerfoot it would probably be for a third or a fourth and a fifth. We wouldn't take any salary back due to us trying to land Pitrangelo and sign a decent bottom 6 and another right shot D-man, so the pick might drop that you give us back. You'll have the cap space though because I think you guys could be moving Adam Larsson this summer

I think they would for 1 million. Raanta is great but he is more of a tandem goaltender, and Andersen in a tandem with Raanta would be scary considering Freddy plays 60+ games a season. The point is, the Yotes interest right now isn't what looks great on the paper, it is the amount of money that they can save, and I think an NHL top 10 goalie for 1 million and a second is more than enough for them to say yes to
