Could Ryan Dzingel be a player the Red Wings look at this offseason? From an outsiders view on Carolina, he didn't have a great year and is expendable this offseason. If he's available, I could see the Red Wings going after him since he's a potential bounce back candidate. Best case scenario, he could return to his 2018-19 self where he had 56 points and could be a legitimate top 6 forward for us and worst case scenario he would be a slightly overpaid bottom 6 guy that could probably still get our investment back at the TDL.

The Benn trade could be replaced with any decent LHD free agent signing but I wasn't sure who to target.

If Eriksson would waive his clause for Detroit, I'd love to acquire Demko. The original trade before Demko's playoff performance was Eriksson+Demko+2nd for Pickard but I'd be willing to slightly downgrade the pick given his performance (even though it was 3 games). If he's not available or Vancouver wants way more than this we could just sign a free agent goalie.
