Description

Feel like the two year additions on d can help solidify the back end and provide a more defensively responsible partner to our more offensively inclined d men. Trade prices seem fair to me, but I’m sure you guys will let me know. Eller is a perfect defensively sound 3rd line center. Hopefully Chytil can take over the second line center spot. Plus we’ll have over $20 mil in cap space next offseason and an additional $20 mil the year after (so we can replace guys on expiring deals with our prospects like Miller, Kravtsov, Lundkvist, Barron, Henriksson, Robertson, either Huska or Wall as a cheaper backup to play behind Shesty and maybe Pajuniemi if he keeps developing smoothly.
