You shouldn't trade an underrated 2c for an overrated top 4 defense man who is not good at all

Quick comments:

. You need to add one year for Dobby. He will get term on the UFA market.
. No need to trade JO, just buy out Cogliano and bring some AHL young blood
. No need to sign Perry. He skate like he has a 25 tons trailer behind him.
. I like the Johnson add. Not sure about the price and I think he should be you second center or play on the third line that would instantly become more dangerous on the offense. Pavelski is not Top six anymore.
. Try to make a place for Robertson. The kid is probably ready for NHL duty. Problem is that if he cannot play on the Top six, he should stay in the AHL.

Generally, I think that the players you traded for opens up very interesting possibilities with our actual roster (AHL, prospects included). I just disagree with your decision regarding Perry and JO.

You like Perry, I don’t. Agree to disagree as usual on that one. Lol. I feel like several guys are higher on the depth chart than Dowling at this point. Dell might get a look in the playoffs this year and def going to get a very good shot at a roster spot next year. I’m with P, I’d rather buyout Cogs and keep Rig. If we do move him NJ would be an excellent fit. Don’t think Edmonton needs LHD. JRob should absolutely get a look especially if we go with a more offensive system (looks at Perry’s spot in the lineup). Even with Tampa’s cap situation, I feel like there’s gonna be enough interest in TJ that he’ll get a second rounder
