I don't think the teams that lose the play in are part of the draft lottery. Pretty sure it's just the 7 that are out.

Edit: Turns out I'm wrong, but I don't see how this works. The lottery will be held on the 26th of June, so does that mean the play in will be done by then?

Teams that are in the round robin tournament will be marked as team A,B,C,D,E,F,G. There will be a second draft lottery if one of those teams gets a top 3 pick

Why would there be a 2nd draft lottery? Do you have a link to where you are getting this information, by chance?
