Next Season and TDL

i really like Kubalik, but i doubt he will do enough this year to wrrent a 3x3. probably a more likely a 2x2 and change. like the strome deal, i think his cap hit will start with a 4

I have a few thoughts which are based upon no facts lol

1) I don’t think we need Puljujarvi
2) Ho Sang is an attitude problem and I don’t want him near the locker room. He can rot in AHL or play somewhere else.
3) I think if Strome continues playing well he gets more than $4M
4) I like the Kubalik deal since In 3 years he could be a strong player and $3M would be a steal! Likewise, he could fizzle and it’s an easy cap hit to trade, buyout or bury.
5) I kind of cringe at over paying Lehner. 6x8 is a lot to invest and could handcuff you.
6) Gus isn’t going to sign with us for less money than what he gets now. He’ll want and deserve a raise. Someone will overpay him.
7) im not sure Drake is worth two picks even if they’re 4ths. Maybe just a single 4th? Or a 3rd?
8) my guess is Lankinen is the backup next year. He is far and away out playing Delia this year in AHL.

I must admit, I kind of like this, a few minor tweaks would be strome a little higher salary and lehner at the 7m mark. Im not the biggest fan of Pool Party or Ho Sang but I understand what you mean by this and I would probably trade away Shaw if we aren't moving in the right direction with him. I do also agree that Lankinen is ahead of Delia but that is neither here nor there as their salary would be similar.
