Ideal Offseason

Where’s the money coming for laine next contract, I’m hoping that roslovic/copp combo, turn into 2a/2b centres and don’t have to spend on a 2c. Ideally I like pearrault, and Lowry play out there contracts and little with a sweetener to Seattle, and the jets youth grow into the raises that those 3 moving on opens up.

Broisset, probably less term more dough to stay, depending on year

My guess is that the Jets will be losing one of Copp , Roslovic or Lowry to expansion (unless they can convince Seattle to take Little). That frees up a few million but we might lose someone else (like Pionk) if Laine merits a huge contract.

Lowry will be a ufa, so not a option to Seattle, I think jets will have to send a sweetener with little, to protect anybody beyond there list, they may slide through expansion all right with a 7 forwards 3 defenseman 1 goalie if that’s how it goes. Laine, scheifele, Wheeler, Connor, ehlers, copp, roslovic, morrissey, pionk, niku, Hellebuyck, Lowry ufa and possibly little to Seattle with a draftpick or do your worst
