Look, I know it's monday morning but wow that is horrible for the pens. Price's contract is horrible for the back end of it and will kill any remaining chance this team has of winning in the crosby era.

Maybe, maybe not. If Kotkaniemi pans out to be close to Barkov like multiple reports state, then the PENS have a good chance to get at least 1 more cup in the next 6 yrs.

He might retire earlier than that and the recapturing penalty is on MTL.
