Me too, but it would shore up our goaltending situation for the future while giving Philly certainty in net. I'd do Marnee for Giroux and Myers, just really like heart. I was just more or less sending Petan and Holl to a team that give them more of an opportunity than we would.

And we would be getting Jarry to try in net. I think Petan+Holl for Jarry+LHD prospect would make sense. Jarry is 24 so not the youngest.

I made it petan & holl for jarry to free up a contract spot as well. Yeah, he's not the youngest but could make a nice backup.

Pens don't want a couple of AHL contracts.
The 4th and 6th you had would get it done (possibly just the 4th), think the pens want a 3rd but given he'll have to go through waives that isn't happening.
He's got some upside but yet to prove himself and Pens wouldn't trade a proven DeSmith to give him a shot at backup.
