Including Bailey in the TOR trade defeats the purpose of it for TOR, they only have about 13m in CAP to sign their other RFAs and address the D. Moving Marner doesn't give them anymore CAP space, it just eliminates the need to sign him in addition to doing the other moves they need to do. If anything, Bailey gets replaced in the deal with Mayfield, with Dobson likely to make the team next season.
