    No, mainly because Philly would have a hard time resigning Teräväinen next season too. Especially with having to sign Gostisbehere.

    After next season, the following would come off of the books:

    Bickell, PEB and VandeVelde up front (like 5.5M)
    Streit, Schultz and MDZ on defense (11.3875M)
    Both Goalies (5.725M)

    Giving them about 22.6M (based on this past season's cap) to sign players (Goalies, Ghost, Teuvo, etc). So yeah, definitely hard but possible.
