I still doubt Hall gets traded?

Hall will not cost the equivalent of three first round picks and a second. That is outrageously expensive.

If I'm the Isles I try and make the deal without giving up Beau, and definitely without giving up Dobson. Beau's chemistry with Barzal is something that shouldn't be dismissed and Dobson is gonna be special and is likely to make the team as soon as next season. Assuming Hall comes with an extension, I'd try something like:

Mayfield - Expendable if Dobson makes the team
Wilde - Our 2nd best RHD prospect
Bellows - Former 1st round pick who should have made the team last season and then struggled in AHL but still has potential
2019 1st rounder

Essentially 2 1st round picks (Bellows and 2019), a 2nd round pick (Wilde) and a Solid Top 4 RHD (Mayfield) should be enough to Hall with an extension. Another possible 2nd or 3rd pick can be added to get the deal done if need be.

I think fair swap would be:

Hall for.....Beauvillier + Dobson + conditional 1st rounder (if Hall re-signs) + conditional 2nd rounder (if Isles make Eastern conference championship).
