I like it, only concern is the long term deals for ferland and connely might put our prospects in a logjam, but im sure that we could trade them away to let them in if they earn the spot.

I expect Frost and Farabee to be the first ones up and that will be 20-21 at the earliest maybe even longer. At that point, Connolly, Laughton & Hartman will have 2 yrs left at reasonable cap. Lemieux will have 1 left. Each would easily have the value to be traded for a pick/prospect. As for the 19-20 season, Connolly and Ferland are depth guys that can help a team get to the next level. The term is there because without it, you will likely not be able to sign them.
