I’d do Ghost for Trouba but the Jets won’t. Not interested in moving Myers or Sanheim. Spurgeon would be my target preferably anyway.

Getting Haula, is nice because we don't have to force Frost or Farabee into the lineup and don't have to sign a UFA for a longer term than we want.

That's my biggest problem with bringing in a big name 2C, Hayes/Nelson/Karlsson in this instance. We have our 2C coming up in Frost. If you sign a guy 4-6 years you are forcing Frost or Patrick to a wing or even halting Frost from coming up for a couple years. Ideally, IMO anyway, 20-21 consist of Coots-Frost-Patrick down the middle. I doubt they would, but I'm fine with overpaying Thornton or Mojo for a 1 year deal to stopgap. Focus on a 3rd line RW (Connolly,Hagelin) and Top 4 dman this offseason.
